If this is an emergency, do not book — come in
Emergencies and all services run 24 hours, every day of the year including public and national holidays. You do not need an appointment and you should not wait for one. If you cannot get here safely, go to the nearest emergency department — do not drive yourself.

Every service is bookable from the calendar above. Pick the appointment type there and the available times follow.
On the day
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time so you can check in. Arriving late may mean the appointment is marked as missed and has to be rescheduled, not because anyone wants to turn you away, but because the slot after yours belongs to someone else.
What to bring
- Any hospital card or file number you already have with us.
- Your HMO card and, if you have one, the authorisation code.
- A list of every medicine you are currently taking — including anything bought over the counter, herbal preparations and supplements. All of it counts.
- Results, scans or discharge summaries from anywhere else, even old ones.
- For a child: immunisation card and, if you have it, birth weight.
Before you come
Do I have to book?
No. You can walk in during clinic hours, Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm, and emergencies are seen around the clock. Booking simply means you wait less.
Do I need to fast?
For most screening packages involving blood sugar or cholesterol, yes — usually 8 to 12 hours. The confirmation email will say. If it doesn't and you are unsure, call before you eat.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes, the confirmation email carries a link to reschedule or cancel yourself. Please do use it rather than not turning up; the slot goes back to someone else who needs it.
Will my HMO cover this visit?
Good HMOs and primary NHIS are accepted, but plans differ in what they actually cover. Confirm your specific plan with us before the visit rather than at the desk afterwards. See payers on record.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Book in the patient's name, not yours, and put your own number as the contact if they do not have a phone.
