A provider that manages service, data and escalation.

Three distinct ways to work with us, each with a named owner on our side, a written scope, and a turnaround time we report against. We do not send one generic corporate proposal to everybody who asks.

The three motions

Find the one that describes you.

If none of them quite fits, say so — that is useful information and it is a short conversation.

01

Compliant coverage & access

For employers, MDA contractors, NGOs and professional firms who need their people covered and actually able to get seen. Approved HMO route, Limi provider access, staff screening and onboarding.

We are the provider, not the insurer. Payer terms are written down before anything starts.

Best forOrganisations meeting insurance obligations who want their staff to use the cover, not just hold it
02

Corporate retainer

For large employers and agencies. Priority access, occupational health, medical fitness certification, aggregate reporting and escalation into specialist care, surgery and intensive care.

Governed by deposit and credit limits, a defined eligibility list, and a utilisation review you get to see.

Best forEmployers who want a named account and predictable access rather than ad-hoc visits
03

Facility extension agreement

For smaller hospitals and clinics. Use us as your extension — specialists, diagnostics, surgery and intensive care, with the report and the patient coming back to you.

We treat, we report, we refer back. Your patient stays your patient. That is the whole point of the arrangement.

Best forFacilities who need capability they don't have on site without losing the relationship

What you get in writing

Every agreement, whichever motion it sits in, carries the same set of commitments. These are not extras to be negotiated later.

  • A named account owner and a named deputy — by role title, with a documented handover, so the relationship does not evaporate when one person changes job.
  • A service catalogue with prices: what we do, what it costs.
  • A turnaround time for reports, and reporting against it.
  • An escalation route that names who to call when something is going wrong, at what hour.
  • Aggregate reporting for the organisation, with individual clinical confidentiality intact. You see patterns; you do not see files.

On confidentiality

An employee's clinical record belongs to the employee. An employer commissioning occupational health or medical fitness assessment receives the fitness outcome and aggregate workforce data, not the underlying medical detail. If that is not what you were expecting, it is better to know now than at the point of dispute.

Nigeria's data protection regime treats health data as sensitive personal data. How we handle it is written into the agreement.

Workforce screening at volume

Screening twenty or two hundred people is a scheduling problem before it is a clinical one. Volume screening runs through the partnerships desk with a booked throughput, a report format agreed in advance, and a single invoice.

The individual package prices are published on the health checks page, volume terms are quoted against that list so you can see exactly what the difference is.

Referring a patient to us

If you are a clinician sending us a patient, the commitment is:

  1. We acknowledge the referral.
  2. We tell you if we are accepting it, and when we can see them.
  3. We report back to you — findings, what we did, what happens next.
  4. We refer the patient back to you rather than absorbing them.

Referrals that disappear into a bigger hospital and never come back are the reason referral relationships die. We would rather keep yours.

Common questions

Which HMOs do you accept?

Good HMOs and primary NHIS are accepted. The logos below are among the payers and corporate partners on record.Ask us on WhatsApp Because plans differ in what they actually cover, confirm your specific plan with us before treatment rather than after.

We have a contract with an HMO already. Does that mean our staff will use you?

No, and it is worth being honest about that. Winning a contract is not the same as being chosen. Provider-selection activation, making sure your people know they can use us and how, is part of what the partnerships desk does.

Can you take our patients overnight or at the weekend?

Emergencies and all services run 24 hours, every day of the year including public and national holidays. Transfers still need to be arranged rather than assumed, call the line and speak to someone.

What about a service level agreement?

Facility extension agreements carry a service catalogue, turnaround times, transport arrangements, pricing and named contacts. That sits in the agreement itself.

How do we start?

One call or one email with a rough brief — who you are, how many people, what you actually need. We will tell you which of the three motions fits and what it would look like. If none of them fits, we will say that too.
